My CrossFit adventure began in 2016 as an out of shape, middle of life, lost my way in life woman, trying to find myself again. CrossFit helped me to rebuild the confidence I had lost and soon had me believing I could do really hard things! The surprises the CrossFit brings to life through new found skills and strength are one of the GREATEST side effects that come with belonging to an incredible community!

There's a healthy level of disgust that usually pushes us to our turning point. HUH!? Yeah... That look in the mirror or candid photo by a friend that has us all realizing you don't look on the outside like you feel on the inside. That level of disgust that has us finally considering making a change, we're here for it! We have all been there through injury or babies or major life changes. We all need to rebuild at some point. The great part is you can start from experience rather than from SCRATCH! I have had several turning points in my life. Some I was fully in control of and others I seemed to be more of a bystander, watching as life happened and I was left to deal with the aftermath. Wherever you are... know it's just WHERE you are, not WHO you are!
