We've designed this entry-level program to guide you (as we walk alongside you) in building a stronger, healthier, and happier lifestyle that will last a lifetime!

- an initial goal setting meeting with your coach
- 6 1:1 personal training sessions with your coach
- 6 group-based workout sessions at a time that works best for you
- 6 additional BONUS Social Saturday group classes
- weekly progress check-ins with your coach
- a private goals assessment and next steps meeting with your coach

Our Next Level Fitness program is specifically designed for beginners and those who have not worked out for years. Even if you've never worked out and wonder if you can do it--you can! Strength, fitness, and health are for EVERYONE. We can start where you are--no matter where you are--and we can build from there!
This program is accessible for any fitness level, as we help you slowly ramp up your intensity as your strength, confidence, and comfort grow. We will teach you how to measure your results (from the inside out) all while forgetting about the scale (I told you we are different!).
We provide an environment that is welcoming, encouraging and supportive, and respectful above all else. We will teach you proper and safe movement techniques to help you elevate your level of progress.
Every Saturday, you are invited to attend a free bonus workout guided by a professional coach. You will meet even more like-minded individuals with goals similar to yours--making your fitness journey fun, full of laughter, as well as the occasional push to break a good sweat and get in the best shape of your life at the same time!
At the end of 6 weeks? You will have become a part of the CrossFit Unitas community. We will not drop you when your program ends. Instead, we will provide you options for a seamless transition into your very own lifelong journey of wellness with us that fits your needs and goals long term.
